Grooving position for the lens edge center can be correctly adjusted according to the strength of the lens outer periphery curve and also the lens center position can be correctly adjusted by the open/close adjustment of the right/left guide rollers. Furthermore, special lens can be grooved as intended with increased adjustment range (AG-5 DX)

Grooving depth confirmation
at a glance!
Grooving depth can be adjusted by dial within the range of 0 - 0.7 mm. If depth of groove is shallow, perform grooving again.
Beveling curve set within several seconds!
Edge center grooving, outer profile grooving (- lens), and inner profile grooving (+ lens) can be performed as intended.
Slant diamond cutter to secure stable grooving width!
By use of slant diamond cutter matched to a target lens, no angular adjustment of a lens is necessary. Lens is finished with stable groove width precisely matched to the change in lens curve.
Special size is also available.
